  • Rehearsals are on Sundays: 2:45-4:45 pm inthe  Band Room, UT Center for Performing Arts Building

    Retreat 8/24 11:00 am – 2:30 Bring your instrument (Lunch Provided)
  • September 7, 14, 21 & 28 International Festival- September 13th Erie Street Market Time: 11:45 arrival 12:30-1:00 performance.
  • October 5, 12, 19, 26, -- Rehearsals
  • November 2, 9, 16 & 23, & 30 -- Rehearsals
  • November 15th- Fall Concert at Doermann Theatre 4:00 pm Arrival time: TBD
  • December 7, 14, 21, & 28--Rehearsals
  • December 14- Christmas Concert at The Historic Church of St. Patrick, 1:00 pm
  • December 27 - 30 (TBD) Art Escape New Year’s Concert at the Toledo Museum of Art
  • January 4, 11, 18, 25, Rehearsals
  • February 1, 8, 15, & 22 -February Rehearsal Dates
  • February 14th, Chinese New Year—CAGT performance at University of Toledo’s Student Union
  • March 1, 8, 15, 22, & 29-Rehearsal Dates
  • March 21st Student Composition Recital -7pm Center for Performing Arts Recital Hall
  • March 28th Pre-junior and Junior Recitals- 7 pm Center for Performing Arts Recital Hall
  • April 12, 19, 26, **4/5 Easter (No Rehearsal)
  • May 3, 10, 17, Memorial Weekend 23rd-25th, no rehearsal
  • May 17th Spring Concert at Doermann Theatre
  • Post Season Rehearsals—Pre-Tour Rehearsals in the Band Room for travelers only 3:00-5:00 pm
  • May 28, June 4, 11, & 18 Rehearsal & Recording in Recital Hall & Pre-Tour Parent Meeting
